4. Refund Process

6. Cancellations by Haya Travel and Tourism LLC

In rare cases, we may need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as travel restrictions or force majeure events. In such cases, we will provide the option to:

  • Receive a Full Refund for the canceled booking, or
  • Reschedule Your Booking for a later date, subject to availability.
